We started by releasing an EP called ‘Before We Go’ in 2016. Right after the EP we had a huge feeling of excitement and we wanted to start working on an album. However, as we are a small band we had some obstacles on our way, like studies or simple personal issues that would keep us from recording frequently. So between 2016 and 2018 we’ve put out a couple of singles and we’ve started slowly working on our first LP. The funny thing is that we had the concept of the album in our minds for a while, and with the years it only became more clear that it was the message we wanted to pass with our first album. Solo Paradise was born because of constant claustrophobic moments in our daily life with all the messed up things and people in this world. So we decided our album would be about us leaving the world and going to somewhere else, to a concept we like to call our ‘solo paradise’. The whole album happens in space, with a soft critic of nowadays society as a recurrent theme. The story ends with a song called ‘Outer Space Transmission’ that sees the end of planet earth and leaves us in Solo Paradise for eternity, but we don’t really mind cause it’s better here on our own.
